March 2026 Membership Meeting
Open to members and non-members.
The meeting was held at the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum from 2:00 – 4:00 PM in the main auditorium, and was run as a hybrid meeting so members could attend remotely.
Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum offered a discount to registered InfraGard members on the day of the meeting, so attendees were encouraged to come early to explore the museum and then stay to hear Birol A. Yeşilada discuss Grey-Area Cyber Attacks.
Birol A. Yeşilada is a professor of Political Science and International Studies at the Mark Hatfield School of Government at Portland State University (PSU). He is the Founding Director of the Oregon Cybersecurity Center of Excellence and the Hatfield Cybersecurity and Cyber Defense Policy Center at PSU. He was the Director of the Mark O. Hatfield School of Government from 2017–2022. He was Vice President of the International Studies Association from 2020 to 2021 and is a member and Trustee of TransResearch Consortium.
Chapter elections for board and officer seats were also on the agenda.
